A: Most exit planning focuses heavily on the business transaction and financials. The Second Wave Process™ goes further and deeper by helping owners plan for life after the sale—covering talent, time, treasure, and tribe. As mentioned, you will write the forward to the book  “Second Wave Life” which helps position you as a unique subject matter expert.

A: Yes. Our platform includes continuous education, access to a community of like-minded advisors, and monthly strategy sessions to keep you current on best practices.

A: The framework is designed to plug directly into your existing process. Whether you’re already using a structured system (like CEPA methodology) or building from scratch, our tools complement and enhance your current services.

Importantly, given the nature of Second Wave materials and platform, it is FINRA compliance friendly.

A: We have partnered with Exit Funnels, a proprietary CRM and marketing automation platform built for exit planning and business advisory professionals. Through Exit Funnels, you’ll be able to capture, manage, and nurture leads seamlessly.

A: That’s perfectly fine. The Second Wave Process™ is designed to complement—not replace—other methodologies. Conversations about the deep, personal element of exiting a company or retiring from a job can be challenging, and Second Wave fills a critical gap in other programs – the answer to that all important “third leg of the stool”.

A: Pricing depends on the level of membership and services you select. Options may include training-only packages, premium membership with ongoing support, or bundled services that include Exit Funnels integration.

A: We offer both. Advisors typically pay a one-time training/onboarding fee, followed by a recurring membership fee for continued access to resources, community, and support.

A: Yes. Second Wave Advisors and Exit Funnels collaborate on a referral revenue share program, enabling you to benefit when you introduce other advisors and/or Business Owners to our platforms.

A: Yes. Members gain entry to our Second Wave Advisor Community, where you can network, share best practices, and collaborate with peers.

A: Yes. In addition to group training, advisors can schedule individual strategy sessions with our experts to address specific client cases or business development challenges.

Q:  How does it work to write the forward to the book?

A: No. Second Wave Advisors focuses exclusively on advisor training, consulting, and the delivery of the Second Wave Process™. However, through our strategic partnership with Exit Funnels, advisors have access to a full suite of sales, marketing, and lead generation services designed specifically for exit planning professionals.

A: Exit Funnels offers website and landing page development, digital advertising (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn), social media posting, SEO and content marketing, reputation management, and automated sales funnels tailored to the needs of exit planning professionals.

A: Not at all. Exit Funnels is designed to be user-friendly, and their team can fully manage setup and integration for you. This ensures you can focus on advising clients while the system captures, nurtures, and tracks leads on your behalf.

A: Yes. Exit Funnels specializes in creating targeted marketing campaigns that reach business owners preparing for an exit. With automated workflows, personalized follow-up, and lead-nurturing sequences, you can consistently attract and convert qualified prospects.

A: Yes. Exit Funnels operates on a one-time setup fee plus recurring monthly service and software fees, depending on the package you choose. These costs are separate from Second Wave Advisors membership but are offered at preferred rates for our advisor community.
